Delivery Policy :

  • We deliver products all across India using courier companies like DTDC, FedEx or Freight Logistics companies like EXL Limited. Delivery Charges are calculated automatically at the checkout page, based on the size and weight of the items coupled with delivery location.
  •  All deliveries must be signed when you receive them. When buying online, you also have the option to pick up your ordered items, from our store at 214/A, Janjikar Street, Masjid Bandar, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - 440027. 
  • Simply select the Pick up In-Store option and make payment the usual way. We will send you an email order confirmation and our stores will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready for pick up. We request ID and authorization when collecting your items.
  • Delivery time depends on your location. Generally, we will endeavour to supply ordered goods within 3-5 days in Mumbai and Maharashtra and 3-7 days at other locations. In case, any product runs out of stock or is unavailable; we shall then communicate to you by email, giving a revised delivery schedule or other options.
  • Please note that the delivery transit times may vary due to reasons beyond our control, as we use 3rd party courier companies.
